Include:
- the email address of your Schedule & Chill account
- what you tried to do, and what happened instead
- the exact error text, or a screenshot
- for a failed post: the channel and roughly when it should have published
Send feedback from the app
Click Send feedback at the bottom of the left menu. Pick a reason or write a line, then click Send.
Feedback goes straight to the team and shapes what we build next. We don't reply to feedback, so for a problem you need solved, send an email instead.
